Description
Solid carbide drill bit, reamer, and precision boring cutter are the most commonly used tools in hole-making. Diamond coating dramatically extends the tool life and reduces unit production costs.
The machining efficiency of solid carbide tools is much higher than that of HSS and indexable cutting tools. Although the solid carbide tool’s price is more expensive, the overall cost is lower because of higher productivity.
