Before sending the tools for CVD diamond coating, customers need to provide information such as the carbide grade of bare tools, tool type, material to machine, and other requirements. If the carbide grade is not on our known list, it is recommended to conduct tests before coating in bulk, and then proceed with mass production after confirmation.
