Description
Solid carbide end mills are particularly suitable for the high-speed machining of graphite materials. They can be precisely ground on a 5-axis CNC grinder. The geometry of solid carbide end mills is flexible if needed. The unequal helix flute avoids vibrance under high RPM. With CVD diamond coating, the tool life of solid carbide end mills can be significantly extended. In semi-finishing and roughing, diamond-coated end mills are cost-effective.
