Description
PCD tools are highly suitable for machining lightweight structural materials such as non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass, bronze) and plastics. Their sharp cutting edges and low-friction cutting surfaces ensure high-quality surface finishes. High-speed aluminum machining with PCD tools significantly reduces processing time. The cutting edges of PCD tools can be to extreme precision, and combined with wiper designs, they achieve mirror effects on copper and aluminum components. Due to their exceptional hardness, PCD cutting tools are also ideal for machining highly abbrasive materials like graphite, CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer), and GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer).
