Description
ANSI or ISO standard carbide cutting inserts have obvious advantages over other cutting tools: low cost, easy replacement, and widely available. With diamond coating, cutting inserts can significantly increase tool life. Diamond-coated inserts have flexible geometry compared with PCD brazed inserts, and the cost of inserts with longer edges is considerably lower than that of the same type of PCD inserts.
