Description
PCD end mills are excellent for machining lightweight construction materials like aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, plastics, etc. The sharp cutting edges and low friction rake ensure high-quality surface finishes. Machining aluminum with PCD tools at high speed reduces machining time drastically. Due to their super hardness, PCD end mills are also ideal for machining particularly abrasive materials, such as graphite, CFRP, and GFRP. OEM or custom options include ball nose, square end, corner radius, chamfers, countersink, and steps.
